Who we are

De Waste (U) Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at proposals@dewasteug.com or Plot 1 Friendship Road, Ntinda Ministers Village, Kampala, Uganda.

Website & contact form

When you submit the quote request form, your details (name, organisation, email, phone, service of interest, and any message) are sent to a Google Apps Script web app (Google LLC, USA) that we operate. The script emails our team, may log the submission to a Google Sheet we control, and may send you an automated acknowledgement. Google processes this traffic under our instruction as a service provider; see policies.google.com/privacy.

We use the information you provide only to contact you about waste services, quotations, and related operations — not for unrelated marketing unless you have agreed otherwise. Submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the engagement.

Conversational assistant (voice/chat)

The embedded assistant on this site is provided by ElevenLabs, Inc. (USA). When you start a conversation, your voice and/or text and basic session metadata are processed by ElevenLabs to operate the assistant. Their privacy notice is available at elevenlabs.io/privacy.

Please do not share passwords, financial details, identity-document numbers, or highly sensitive personal data through the assistant. For formal quotes and contracts, use proposals@dewasteug.com or the contact form.

Third-party content delivery

The conversational assistant script is loaded from the public CDN unpkg.com (Cloudflare, Inc.) using a pinned version with a Subresource Integrity (SRI) hash, so the file your browser receives is verified against a known good version. Your IP address and basic request metadata are visible to that CDN when the script is fetched.

Web fonts are served from this domain (self-hosted) — we do not load Google Fonts directly, so font requests do not leak your IP to Google.

Cookies & local storage

Our own pages do not set tracking cookies. The conversational assistant may use browser local storage or cookies on its own domain to maintain a session. We currently use no analytics or advertising tags. If we add any in future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for consent first.

Hosting & security

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Hostinger may process technical request logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) for hosting, abuse prevention, and security purposes in line with its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or object to its processing, by contacting us at proposals@dewasteug.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Reporting a security issue

Security researchers can report suspected vulnerabilities to support@dewasteug.com. A machine-readable contact is also published at /.well-known/security.txt.
